What you get
- Your listing audit (PDF) — twelve points, each scored out of five, each with the reason attached rather than a list of general tips: title, tags, attributes, cover image, photos, description, price position and category. Marked-up screenshots of your own listing so you can see exactly what I mean, and the three fixes that matter most for your listing specifically.
- Rewritten title and 13 tags (.docx) — a title under Etsy’s 140-character limit, built from the words buyers actually type. Thirteen tags, every one checked against the 20-character limit, with nothing wasted on duplicates or on single words too broad to ever rank. Plus a second title so you can A/B test properly later.
- Competitor snapshot (PDF) — the five listings currently ranking above you for your main keyword: their prices, review counts, photo counts, and what they are doing that you are not. Every listing linked, so you can check my reading of it yourself.

I never ask for shop access
No password, no manager invite, no app permissions. Everything I audit is what any buyer can already see, which is also the only thing Etsy’s search can see.
What happens after you change things
Day one, nothing visible — Etsy needs to re-index. In the first week impressions move before favourites, and favourites move before sales. Weeks two to four is when there is enough data to judge whether the new title is working. Change one thing at a time: if you rewrite the title, swap the cover image and drop the price in the same afternoon, you will never know which one worked, and you will have no idea what to do next.
What I will not tell you
Etsy has never published its ranking formula, and anyone claiming to know it exactly is guessing. I tell you what is visible and testable about your listing, and I say so plainly where something is my judgement rather than a fact.
