You tell me where you are going and what you like. I research the city and build a plan that fits your actual dates, budget and pace.
A blog post is written for everyone. This is built around five things a blog cannot know: how many days you actually have, your budget, whether you walk ten kilometres a day or need to sit down every two hours, who you are travelling with, and what you personally care about.
What you get
- Your day-by-day itinerary (PDF) — hour by hour, not a vague list of landmarks. Each day is built around one neighbourhood so you are not crossing the city twice. Includes walking times between stops, which places need booking ahead and how far ahead, opening hours checked against your dates, and a rain plan for every day.
- Food and neighbourhood guide (PDF) — where locals actually eat, by neighbourhood and price range. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and one late option per area, plus the tourist traps to skip and what to order in each place.
- Budget and packing sheet (.xlsx) — your trip costed out by category (transport, food, entry tickets, accommodation) with a running total you can edit. Plus a packing list built for that city in that month, rather than a generic checklist.
How it works
Fill in the five short fields at checkout — about three minutes. Your three files arrive within 48 hours in your Etsy conversation. Request revisions within 14 days; two rounds are included. No calls and no back and forth: if I need one clarification I will message you.
It changes with who you are
If you are travelling with a toddler, the plan has nap gaps and playgrounds in it. If you are there for architecture, the museums come with the specific rooms worth your time. If you have three days and want to see everything, the plan is ruthless about what you skip.
