Generic question lists are easy to find and almost useless, because the interview you are walking into is not the average interview. Three files come back within 48 hours.
What you get
- Your question pack (PDF) — 25 questions written for that role, not a generic list. Each one is ranked very likely, likely or possible, tagged with the interview round it usually appears in, and comes with the two things most lists leave out: what the interviewer is actually testing, and the answer that quietly sinks you.
- Your STAR answer bank (.docx) — eight to ten stories pulled from your own resume and written out as Situation, Task, Action, Result. Each story is mapped to the several questions it can answer, because five well-built stories cover about twenty questions. Fully editable, so you can rewrite them in your own words as you rehearse.
- Company brief (PDF) — one page: what they actually do, how they make money, recent news worth mentioning, what this team likely cares about, and one researched sentence you can open with. Plus five questions for you to ask them, and two to avoid. Every claim links to its source.
How it works
Fill in the five short fields at checkout and upload your resume — about two minutes. Your three files arrive within 48 hours in your Etsy conversation, with a note on which three questions to rehearse first. Request revisions within 14 days; two rounds are included. There are no calls to book and nothing to schedule, so you prepare on your own time.
A note on the upload
Etsy’s upload accepts PDF and image files, not Word documents. If your resume is a .docx, export it as a PDF first, or take a screenshot. You can upload up to three files, so add the job posting too if you have it.
About your interview date
Ordering five or more days ahead is ideal — you get time to rehearse and time for a revision round. Two days is tight but fine. If your interview is in less than 48 hours, message me before ordering. Sometimes I can do it. If I cannot, I will tell you rather than take the order and rush something the night before.
