Three columns that fill themselves in
Follow up due — seven days after you applied, or seven days after your last contact if there was one. Chase now? — turns a red YES on the day a follow-up is due; sort by it and you have your morning’s work. Days open — turns orange past 21 days, which is usually the point to chase properly or let it go.
When an application closes — offer, rejection, no response, withdrawn — all three clear themselves and the row goes grey, so you stop reading it.
The dashboard
It counts itself from your rows. No pivot tables to refresh and nothing to maintain: applications sent, still open, interviews booked, and what needs chasing today.
How it works
Compatible with Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, with Google Sheets, and with LibreOffice Calc. No macros, no add-ons and nothing to install.
