Örnek Yazılım A.Ş. (fictional) is committed to making the Randevu Paneli web application (version 1.1) accessible. This statement provides the accessibility information expected under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and follows the structure of the model statement for the public sector (Directive (EU) 2016/2102, Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).
Compliance status
This application is partially compliant with the harmonised standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible:
- Session time-out (WCAG 2.2.1, EN 301 549 9.2.2.1): the session ends after 15 minutes without a warning and without a way to extend it. Planned fix: a warning with an option to extend before the time runs out, by [date].
- Weekly summary chart (WCAG 1.4.11, EN 301 549 9.1.4.11): the colour of the "Tamamlanan" (completed) series has a contrast of 1.81:1 against the white background (3:1 required). The same values are available as text in the data table below the chart. Planned fix by [date].
- Support channels (EN 301 549 12.2.3): support is available by e-mail (text) and phone (voice); there is no sign-language, real-time-text or relay-service option yet. Planned improvement by [date].
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 2026-10-06. Method: self-assessment (automated testing with axe-core 4.13.0; scripted keyboard and layout checks with Playwright; manual review by code inspection). No screen-reader testing and no testing with disabled users were carried out. Scope: login page, dashboard and help/documentation page, and the support information published there.
